- "I'll Never Love This Way Again" by Dionne Warwick --> Brilliant, by the way. I totally love this song... And Anwar's rendition was perfect!
He'll make it because:
Tons have fallen for that sweet, wholesome, school music teacher persona and that angellic, crystal clear voice.
What I think:
Gay. Definitely. I mean... C'mon... Chaka Khan and Dionne Warwick?! Which black man would even think of singing songs from these 2 divas unless he had a broken wrist?

Tons have fallen for that leather-wearing bad ass on the outside, heart of gold teddy bear on the inside persona, so much so they'll forgive his occasional lapse.
What I think:
I wanna shag him. Now. Please. Hah. Nah, I don't think that. I know that! Hahahaha...
CARRIE UNDERWOOD

- "Could've Been" by Tiffany
- "Alone" by Heart
- "Love Is A Battlefield" by Pat Benatar --> Gosh... For a country girl, she sure as hell did justice to 1 of the biggest female rockers from the 80s!
She'll make it because:
Tons have fallen for that Goldilocks-Britney face. Plus she has the voice, versatility and talent that Miss Spears could never even dream of having...
What I think:
Although Carrie's very good, she doesn't inspire any particular emotion in me. Which is rare, since I usually have a view on everything. Heh...

I have to disagree, I don't think Anwar can make it, he doesn't have the fanbase. I think Carrie, Nadia, and Vonzell have the best shot. Constantine is good, but eventually the core audience of American Idol will swing the vote to more "pop" material, I think.
BTW, I love your page design.
Bo Bice !! I hope .. Even if he does not win, I feel he would still excel in the music industry and blow away previous idols on record sales.
I don't really follow it, but I have to agree with gold, I love Bo! Go Bo! Somehow Constantine doesn't do it for me, but Bo, the hair, the rock voice, all he needs is a guitar and I'm his allllllll the way baybee...

Geoff - Looks like you thought wrong. ;) Nadia's good I agree but like LaToya last year, she's not a crowd puller. As for Vonzell, I just have my doubts on whether the public wants another black Idol winner. Especially since Reuben and Fantasia haven't been the huge hits everyone predicted they would be. Well... Gold / Slinky Cat - Yeah, I like Bo too. I have a thing for rockers in leather I think. Hahaha... The only reason I'm guessing that Anwar will be in the top 3 is because I think he'll appeal to all the old ladies and school marms sort. Hehehe... Plus, he has a cute name. Bo Bice. Geoff - Uh huh. Totally. I thought his choice of song this week was utter crap. But that's the least of his problems. Scott lacks the talent, stage presence and the looks to be anything but what he is - A fat, above average singer. I'm sorry if this makes me shallow but I think you need to be at least moderately attractive and charismatic in order to be an Idol... Which is why I can't for the life of me fathom why America voted Reuben instead of Clay... :|
